A Selflection:    Who am I? Where did I come from?  Why am I here?  Where am I going?

We are all busy trying to make our own world. Yet, we are all connected.  Allow me to be who I am as I allow you to be who you are.  When we find out who we are truly inside...and we allow that One to show as us outside, then we have found reality as created.  This is nothing new.- Gman  Take the Inner Journey.

Text Box:  Beyond The Shadow - gman’04
 I stare,
Yeah.
From the window of despair
A reflection of the true
Trapped
Alone.
No course to bear –
Just there
What image is this I see?
A man – longing free?
Bound and bothered ?
To carry me?
To places I can never know
Nowhere to go? –
So
On I show
Wandering ..
Wondering…
Wishing to shout
No!
Not this way!
If I could only say –
Today.
But now…
My time has come
To fear the setting sun
Unable to run…
Again.
Lost beyond the shadow.

The Power of Touch
gman’06’96’06

The last of life leaves me.
Must I walk alone?
There are so many roads.
My road is a lonely road.
I miss the touch –

Ah… the touch.
It makes a road worth a travel.
But there is no one on my road –
To touch.
So few now touch.

As many go forth
Feigning, practicing to become someone else
Rushing along the invisible road
Seen in another’s dream
Focusing on nothing of the self
Chasing ill-thought dreams.
Where are my dreams?

Are my dreams on the traveler’s road?
Perhaps, but not this road?
For there is no one to touch.

Where does the other roads lead?
What if by choice or chance,
Another road is taken?
And a perfect moment is found –
Perfect only in possibilities.
Where new eyes are rightly placed
Seeing clearly in the now -
Not the then or the when.

And the power of touch is shared
Discovering that which makes the human being -
Again be human –
Touch.

Text Box:  The Rise of Greatness - gman’00

Greatness is born of long-seeing vision.                        Yet but One has Great Vision.
But how so greatness?

Vision is borne on the bed of knowledge.                   From which great skills are gained.
With youthful eyes so needful of nurture                      Too much to know too much to do.                               But how so greatness?

Greatness comes slowly with patience and challenge.   Molded on the pathway of vision                            Shaped by the polished trial                                          Of each new rising sun.                                                 But how so greatness?

Seasons will surely change.                                       Weeds of chance and challenge will emerge                To test your skill                                                             On the field of growth.
But how so greatness?

Another parcel to till and sow?                               Another parched ground to water?                               Come the rains of knowledge and understanding       Presenting new fruit of thought and sight                      But how so greatness?

Seasons extract the best in you.                               Extend your vision                                                    Glean from the taught                                                  Yet ensue your own greatness                                       But how so greatness?

Stretch forth your hand of knowledge,                            To clutch its nourishment                                  Concentrate your learning                                           And consume.                                                               But how so greatness?

Plan your path wisely                                                  Give motion to your dreams                                        Measure your weights with The Highest Order              And trace the steps that are grounded in Him.              But how so greatness?

Remain ever-cautious                                           Eschewing those who harness you.                                 Their purpose might be the lowest order

Be humble of knowledge and its profit understanding       That their child called wisdom will carry forth                  The impregnated seed of greatness.

How so greatness you ask?

You shall know it by its seed.

Fundamental attribution error definition - A feature of attribution theory, so frequently seen that it has its own name. This refers to the fact that whenever people are making attributions about an action, they tend to over-emphasise dispositional factors about the actor, and under-emphasise situational factors. An example is attributing a friend's recent car accident to the fact that the friend is a poor driver rather than to the fact that another car just happened to pull out in front of her. The former would be a dispositional attribution; the latter a situational attribution.

To Be - lustrates the quest for a higher sense of self not contained in the vessels of the five senses of - see hear touch taste smell.  It recognizes that there is a longing inside to climb the unseen steps of the ladder of our original purpose that is unique for each of us.  We often are left very troubled because we have not developed the "other senses" that make up our true being.  Instead, they lie latent, awaiting our arrival to Awareness.

In life isn't it interesting that people concentrate on that which you're not and that which you should be; while after your death and seeming demise, they concentrate on all that you were and what they truly miss in you, but were unable to say?  It is that spiritual environmental state or condition of Awareness, - awakened - that allows one to "SEE" using higher order senses, much like a blind man who has never seen with physical eyes, but with spiritual eyes, revealing the unseen in natural life that represent the eternal and therein the true you.  We must learn to know the unseen us in order to accomplish our unfulfilled purposes.  Let us awaken ourselves to our spiritual condition that we might see naturally that which goes unseen, utilizing all the tools God equipped us with in order for us - To Be.

Eternal memories of you are truly our gifts from God - Gman:  For Louise G. Olds, circa 1977

Beyond the Shadow - lustrates evidence of the other side of the physical self that is riding along as a distorted mirror of an unrecognized inner self seeking to extricate himself and be in control of the material man.  Every now and then, on a somewhat constant basis, we are allowed glimpses of the inner self through our spiritual gifts of insight and intuition.  Yet we seemingly are unable to obfuscate [make a transformation] ourselves to the development of the senses necessary for truly allowing our inside to show on our outside.  Perhaps because of powerful warden-like forces that have shaped us not toward our own intellectual ignorance [a preferred state] and therein utilizing a self-propelling mind  that leads us back toward God, who is the Source of All, whether mineral, vegetable, animal, human, or Spirit.

Each of us are equipped with additional senses that exist as dormant forces - latent - unrecognized and under-developed.  We seem to exist as  prescribed shells of non-productive knowledge; shaped by others to exist as specialized task-performers, without questioning the very abundant questions that are clear and present in each of our lives.  And what will we do tomorrow - unquestioningly?  We'll come from behind the places where shadows go and begin the rhetorical journey again; that is, until we awaken.
